missingWrote a review on Oct 24made bedlimited breakfast
despite the lovely staff, my bed wasn’t even made during the stay. I also found it absurd that the breakfast options were so limited, especially for gluten free. One would think a place like this would have a luxurious touch. instead, I woudl ve been happier at a budget motel. honestly almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23great locationcomfy bedfriendly stafflimited breakfastcleaning issue
The location is fantastic, right at the center and next to the train/bus station. The staff showed great hospitality, always accommodating my requests. I loved the Superior King Room, especially the spacious design and comfy bed. The bathroom amenities were impressive, making my stay feel luxurious. However, the breakfast options were limited. Paying extra for an egg seemed absurd, especially given the already limited choices. On top of that, the room's cleaning seemed a bit lacking, as the bed wasn't made during my two-night stay. The corridor carpets felt worn and needed attention. Despite these issues, I appreciated the overall vibe and comfort of the room.

The decor was beautiful and truly showcased the New Zealand artistic aesthetic. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and we loved relaxing at the rooftop bar with its amazing views!
We were placed in rooms that weren’t close together as requested.
